At Exalted Beauty Med Spa, client satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Please review the following policy regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations.
Services
All sales on services are final. Due to the personalized nature of our treatments and the time reserved for each client, we do not offer refunds on:

Completed services

Missed appointments

Pre-paid packages or deposits
If you are not satisfied with your results, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. While we do not issue refunds, we are committed to addressing your concerns and providing appropriate follow-up care or adjustments when possible.
Skincare Products
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used skincare products.
Unopened, unused products in their original condition may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Promotional packages, limited-time offers, and discounted services are also non-refundable and must be used within the terms and timeframes specified at the time of purchase.
Deposits and Prepayments
Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
Allergic Reactions and Adverse Events
While adverse reactions are rare, they can occur. In the event of a reaction or unexpected outcome, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to address the issue, but refunds are not provided for reactions to treatments or products.
