• PRP: Avoid touching your face, sun exposure, strenuous exercise, and stay hydrated.

• Botox: Avoid rubbing the treated area for 24 hours, refrain from strenuous physical activity and consuming large amounts of alcohol. Avoid facials, chemical peels, etc., for 24 hours. Apply topical arnica in case of a bruise.

• Fillers: Don't touch or rub the treated area, apply ice to reduce swelling, avoid strenuous activities for a day or two, stay hydrated.
